Once again Robson Pharmacy Media exhibited at The Pharmacy Show and as I compare this year with last year, I wanted to reflect on what I really enjoy about the show.
Business
Of course, we all do these types of events because we want to generate new business and this year managed to surpass the excellent year we had last year, with many, many orders from clients old and new.
Feedback
We get excellent feedback from those who have used our services and what we can be doing to help them in their businesses beyond what we have, already done.
Friends
I get to meet existing customers for whom we have done campaigns.
As well as giving us instructions as to what they want us to help them achieve the following year, we are often given some great ideas on what the industry may be looking for in the months and years ahead.
Coincidentally, one of which we have been working on for the past couple of months. Watch this space!
I also catch up with contacts we again do not manage to see too often many of whom we meet for the first time.
Quality time with my boy!!
I get to spend some quality time with my son, Joseph, where we not only discuss business but also life in general and this year there was even more to discuss, as when we got back to the North East, Joseph was moving into his new home.
As you may already know my daughters also work in the business.
I do hope I can manage to persuade one, if not both of my them, to join us for the show next year, but as one has her hands full looking after my grandchildren and the other frankly likes her lie ins a little too much, don’t hold out too much hope that you meet either of them in 2024!
