Unaddressed Letters

Unaddressed Letters are great for generating private service bookings and engaging with the whole community.

They can also produce good results if you want to grow your item numbers.

While our Personalized letters produce great results, one limitation they do have is the fact that they can only be received by potential patients that have given their consent (GDPR).

There are of course many people with medical conditions for whom we do not have the personal details and so to address this (pardon the pun) we came up with UnAddressed Letters.

Exactly the same content as personalised letters with one exception; no address!

The big benefit is that a letter will be posted by Royal Mail through every door in your catchment area. Our team will work with you to select the area best for your pharmacy.

While many have tried leaflets there is a big psychological advantage that Unaddressed Letters have over leaflets.

Picture a person walking down their hallway to pick up their post; the majority of people do not like leaflets and have subconsciously decided that the leaflet is going straight in the wastebin ro doesn’t even make it that far and ends up in the wheelie bin outside!

Because the letter is in an envelope and addressed to the Occupier there is a good chance the envelope will get decent attention but when we add the NHS Logo and Pharmacy Logo to the envelope, (pharmacy logo optional, ask us why) attention is heightened particularly those with medical conditions; they think “this is for me, I need to read it!
